I was in Virginia last week on a business trip, and I saw this truck being towed from the hospital parking lot. I thought it must be an employee lot and I would be towed as well. My colleague Mark walked to the tow truck and asked, "Is this the visitors parking lot." He responded, "Yep, you are fine to park here. I am repossessing this vehicle from a guy that is visiting the hospital today."
