Red Ball

Virginia State Del. Lionel Spruill introduced a bill to ban displaying rubber testicles on vehicles, calling it a safety issue because it could distract other drivers.

Under Spruill's measure, displaying balls on a motor vehicle would be a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $250. The idea came from a constituent whose young daughter spotted red rubber balls on a truck hitch and asked her father to explain it. The father was embarrassed and didn't know what to tell her.

Here's a thought for the father, tell your daughter that it looks like someone put two balls in rubber casing and leave it at that. And for Virginia State Del. Spruill, first your tired to ban baggy, low-riding jeans and now this. Why don't you look into getting a new job in which you don't get to make laws? And to the people of Virginia, please stop electing this man, he is making your state look crazy.
